Mudanzas Gallego’s wide experience allows us to direct and coordinate the whole transfer process from the operational, commercial and administrative side of things, by contracting, channelling, distributing and assigning all services contracted by the client.

 1. ESTIMATE REQUEST

The first step is to inform Mudanzas Gallego in advance of your move (preferably one month before). We will ask you all basic details of your move such as the approximate date, address of origin and destination, etc.


 2. INSPECTION VISIT

A technical advisor from Mudanzas Gallego will contact you in order to set up an inspection visit at your address of origin in order to evaluate and advise you on the best way to organise and plan your transfer.


 3. ESTIMATE

We will make an estimate adapted to your needs from the information gathered by our technical advisor.


 4. PACKAGING AND PICK-UP DATE

Once you are satisfied and have accepted our estimate, we shall together choose a date for the transfer.


 5. MUNICIPAL AND PARKING PERMITS

We shall process the necessary municipal permits in order to carry out the removal and we shall place ‘no parking’ signs.


 6. THE DAY OF THE MOVE

Our team will carry out the packaging of your belongings according to the chosen service.  All necessary furniture and pieces will be dismantled for their protection and transport.  All personal belongings will be packed in boxes using top quality and resistant materials.  Especially delicate and/or valuable articles will be packed in special made-to-order boxes or cages.  Once the packaging is finished and the inventory has been made, the containers are sealed and numbered in your presence (for sea travel) and these are taken to the harbour/airport/lorry to their final destination.

 7. CUSTOMS (third countries)

Our team will have taken care prior to the transfer of all necessary steps and paperwork with the appropriate authorities for the export and import of your belongings


 8. DELIVERY AT DESTINATION

In accordance with the client and agreed-upon date, the goods will be delivered at the address of destination, unpacked, and assembled, if necessary.   The inventory made at the place of origin will be checked and gone through together in order to ensure everything has been delivered correctly and satisfactorily.   Once everything has been delivered our team will remove all remaining packaging material in order to avoid any hassle for you.
